The DS-75 shielded hot cell is designed to house radiosynthesis robots, for the daily production of radiopharmaceuticals or for research applications. These DS-75 shielded hot cells perfectly comply with statutory requirements for good pharmaceutical practice and those set out in radiation protection standards.
Easybox transport carrier facilitates the safe transport of patient doses while optimizing the weight, from the radiopharmaceutical preparation laboratory to the injection cubicles and rooms, but also to the SPECT and PET examination rooms for dynamic imaging examinations. With to its two thicknesses of shielding, 3 mm and 6 mm of lead, this case can transport radioisotopes of various energies such as 99mTc, 111In, 201Tl, 177Lu et 18F, 68Ga, 13N.
Easyview syringe shields are available in a wide and complete range of sizes and shielding (from 2 to 7 mm of tungsten) to offer users an ergonomic and protective solution that is essential during the preparation, transfer and injection of all-energy radiopharmaceutical doses for SPECT and PET activities. The range has been designed to facilitate daily injection and preparation practices in nuclear medicine departments Regardless of the radioisotope to be handled: 99mTc, 111In, 123I, 177Lu, 201Tl, 131I, 18F, 68Ga and the required administration method: direct injection to the patient, connection to a catheter or a 3-way valve, the confortable hold of this syringe shield allows for dexterity, precision and speed of execution of the operation, thus limiting contact time with the radioactive element to a minimum. This range of ergonomic syringe shields meets the highest regulatory standards and is approved for sale on the US market.
Casting in moulds or welded containers for lead castings up to 50 tons. Our experience and expertise in casting includes: Uniform casting Compliance with dimensional tolerances Quality control of the material Quality control of the cast product Thermal shrinkage For complex radiation protection parts
The shielded transport and storage containers Posisafe® Type A allows for the safe containment of radioactive sources. It protects operators and the environment from contamination and exposure to alpha, beta, gamma and neutron radiation. Full biological protection of the operator and the environment from contamination and exposition to ionising radiations Two overpack models are proposed to improve radiation protection. Indeed, these overpacks increase the distance factor to the source during package handling operations. A fireproof holding and stability foam guarantees the integrity of the transported radioactive source. This foam absorbs potential shocks of the container with a temperature resistance from -40°C to +70°C. A large locking handle screwed on each model and the lid with an O-ring, ensures the Posisafe® safety and ergonomics. The tight containment of the transported source as well as a good grip and stability of the container are guarenteed. Each model is compatible with our Easypet type fractionating cabinets and our Posijet® preparation and injection unit, capable of receiving multi-dose vials of radiopharmaceuticals.
The REP-75 hot cell is perfectly suited for fractionating and placing of products resulting from synthesis in vials, for the daily production of radiopharmaceuticals. REP-75 isolator guarantee complete safety and ease-of-use: With its high-standard 316L stainless steel interior finish, Class A filtration system, Class B passthrough, dose calibrator, vial exit station with an automatic system for placing the vials in a lead container, REP-75 isolator perfectly covers the regulatory requirements set out in radiation protection standards, and for good pharmaceutical practice.
Trasis hot cell H2000 is designed to host a synthesis module and its accessories for the production of radiopharmaceuticals for research and/or for routine production purposes. The hot-cell with ISO-7 (Class-C) main enclosure can feature one or two side-cabinets with or without laminar flow, for easy recovery of the shielded end-product vial without opening the main door of the hot-cell, and/or for incoming activity from a shielded vial.
The Trasis Hot Cell H600 is an integrated solution, allowing to synthesize and dispense radiopharmaceutical products with a minimal footprint, including molecules labeled with radio-metals such as 68Ga and 177Lu. It consists of one shielded enclosure class ISO 7 “Class C” for synthesis and either one side compartment with laminar flow for dispensing in syringes or one side compartment for the dispensing of the final product in a shielded vial.
